  • Reschedule Policy
    Rescheduling Policy: We recognize that schedules can shift, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please note our policy regarding rescheduling: 48-Hour Flexibility: You can reschedule your booking without any additional cost up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled event. This ensures that you have the freedom to adjust your plans as needed, without any extra charges. Final Countdown: If you're within the 48-hour window of your event, your booking is considered final. Preparations will already be underway to provide you and other adventurers with an immersive experience. Exceptional Cases: We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances happen. In such rare cases, after the 48-hour window, we may be able to accommodate a rescheduling request. Please note that a fee of $10 per ticket will be applicable in these instances.   • Adding Ticket Policy
    At Escape Hour, we understand that plans can change and more friends might want to join in on the fun. Here's our policy regarding additional tickets: As the lead participant, you have the flexibility to add more tickets to your reservation up to one hour before your scheduled experience, given there's availability within the room's maximum capacity. To do this, please call us directly and we'll assist you in the process. Payment for additional tickets will be handled over the phone at the time of the request. Please note, this privilege is exclusive to the person who initially made the booking. We're excited to accommodate your expanded team and offer a shared unforgettable experience. Remember, the more minds, the merrier the escape!
