We accept bookings online, over the phone, or in person for your convenience. While walk-ins are welcome, we can’t guarantee availability for your preferred experience without a reservation. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and meet your Escape Hour cast member, who will set the stage for your experience. They’ll introduce you to the world you’re about to enter, immerse you in the unfolding narrative, and ensure you’re ready to take center stage in your own cinematic adventure. From the moment you arrive, the story is yours to live.

Before stepping into your fully immersive experience, you'll stow away electronics and gather for your official introduction. This is where the stage is set, the world comes to life, and you receive the final preparations for your journey. From here, reality fades, and your story begins.

Hints
Every Escape Hour experience is designed to adapt to your playstyle. You control the challenge—request unlimited hints if you want a guided adventure, or push yourself with minimal help. In Enthusiast Mode, the rules change, and hints are more limited. But no matter what, each experience features immersive, in-world ways to assist you along the way. Don’t be afraid to lean into the story and discover the help hidden within.
